The Pacific Athletic Foundation is asking for your help in securing silent and live auction item donations for the 16th Annual Orange & Black Ball, Presented by the Paulsen Family to be held on Saturday, August 22 in the Janssen-Lagorio Gymnasium. Over the past fifteen years, more than $1.6 million has been raised for the Tigers’ eighteen intercollegiate athletic teams – and your support is vital for Pacific as a member of the West Coast Conference.
One of our focuses this year for the Orange & Black Ball is the PAF Impact Fund. The Impact Fund is a donation reinvestment fund that was established by the Department in 2013. After meeting our Base Scholarship Obligation ($250,000) to the University, any donations beyond will be placed into this Fund. Last year we raised $375,000, leaving $125,000 in the PAF Impact Fund. With these donations we were able to fund several projects for our student-athletes including Sparta weight training technology, security system/video swipe card access for the Athletics building, and a recruiting fund for all coaches. The more money we raise at the Ball, the more projects we can complete in 2015-16.
All auction item donations are gratefully accepted and cash contributions are also much appreciated. Please fill out the 2015 Auction Donation Form and mail or fax it back ASAP or by no later than Friday, July 31. For the convenience of all Orange & Black Ball attendees, a pre-event Auction Listing will be made available prior to the event.
