PAF Fund Drive Blog- Day 10
We have officially ended the second week of our Fund Drive! We are moving closer to our goal each day and want to thank you for all of your hard work and dedication towards reaching our goal of $50K. Also, thank you to everyone who has reached out and requested more PAF related information in order to expand their outreach in the community! The more outreach that each volunteer does within their own personal network provides the PAF with more awareness within the community and results in more opportunities to attract new PAF members.
Congratulations to the following Fund Drive Workers who have submitted new cash donations this week and will receive 200 bonus points per donation:
- Rick Paulsen- 4 new cash PAF Members
- Christine Hankins- 2 new cash PAF Members
- Leroy Minatre- 1 new cash PAF Member
- Leland Noma- 1 new cash PAF Member
- Lee Neves- 1 new cash PAF Member
- Kevin Sullivan- 1 new cash PAF Member
The new cash competition taking place this week rewards the most new cash brought in until Monday, May 8th at our Report Session. The winner gets 500 bonus points. The current standings look like this:
- Rick Paulsen: $4,600
- Leroy Minatre: $1,500
- Leland Noma: $500
- Kevin Sullivan: $250
- Lee Neves: $100
- Christine Hankins: $75
Tip of the Day: Here are some of the most recent accomplishments of our student-athletes and an example of how our efforts impact their successes:
- The Pacific Cross Country program has signed Anna Martinez, Daniella Del Toro and Saira Purhar, head coach Josh Jones has announced today. The trio will join Pacific in the fall for the 2017-18 season.
- Five Pacific student-athletes were honored by the West Coast Conference on its 2016-17 WCC Women’s Tennis All-Academic Team. Maayan Sela earned All-Academic Team honors while Yuki Asami, Anneroos Nederstigt, Sabrina Rodriguez and Cristina Saenz de Buruaga Ruiz each received All-Academic Honorable Mention.
