PAF Fund Drive Blog- Day 14
Day 14 of the PAF Fund Drive and we need to begin making our huge push towards upgrading renewals and reaching out to new prospects to join the PAF. We will be assisting in the renewal process with a renewal mailer sent out this week encouraging current PAF donors to renew with a 10% increase from last year’s donation amount.
Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Walt Wolterstorff for submitting a few renewals this week, including one of our largest donors at the Bank of Stockton, and allowing us to remain on pace with last year’s renewal pace. In addition, we also received new cash donations from Walt Wolterstorff and Leland Noma which places us over the $10K mark in new cash!!
Every volunteer and every donation counts so please continue to reach out to every potential contact and share how they can assist us during our Fund Drive campaign via phone calls, drop-in visits, emails, social media, etc. Please reach out if you need any assistance in pursuing your prospects.
Weekly Promotion Reminder:
- 500 bonus points for anyone turning in a new cash donation of $750+ by Monday’s Report Session.
- 200 bonus points will be awarded to anyone who turns in a renewal with a 10% upgrade by Monday’s report session (min. $50 increase).
Tip of the Day: If you have yet to request more information or gather any additional resources to share with potential prospects, please know that we will always have additional materials available here at the office or at the report session meetings. We only provided a few handouts with your Fund Drive manual so everyone should have shared those initial materials with potential PAF donors and requested more now that we are at the halfway point of the drive.
We have a bit of a distance to go with our new cash goal of $50K, but together we can reach the finish line and come out on top.
