PAF Fund Drive Blog- Day 19

Day 19 of the Fund Drive and the week #3 team reports were recently shared with the teams.  We have started to see more renewals being returned through our recent mailing, but still need to encourage our renewals that we speak with directly to increase their pledge by 10%.

Please pay particular attention to a few columns on the team standings where we can make some significant improvements in our Fund Drive numbers this year:

  1. New Cash Column- We would like to have 100% team participation in this column and new cash submitted by every member of the team.
  2. Individual Pledge Column– We would like to have 100% participation in this column by each of our Fund Drive Volunteers which would also assist your new cash numbers.

Let’s get everyone on the board for some new cash this week!

Weekly Promotion:

  1. 500 bonus points for anyone turning in a new cash donation of $750+ by Monday’s Report Session.
  2. 250 bonus points for anyone turning in a new cash donation below $750 by Monday’s Report Session.  (min. $100)

Tip of the Day: Tiger freshman Hailey Reed has been named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-West Region Third Team.  It is the second time in just as many years a Tiger has taken home All-West region honors after junior Rachel Sellers earned the award following last season.  Earlier this week Reed earned WCC Co-Freshman of the Year recognition and became the first freshman to be named to the All-WCC First Team in program history with a batting average of .324 and a total of 47 hits while posting a 2.11 ERA this year.

Please be sure to RSVP for our next Report Session on May 22nd from 12:00-1:00 PM where we will have another two of our head coaches scheduled to speak.  I will be sending out a calendar invite to RSVP for Report Session #4.
