PAF Fund Drive Blog- Week 3
Week 3 of the Fund Drive has arrived and our teams were able to raise another $1,200 towards our PAF Impact Fund. We are now $44,390 remaining towards our $50K goal and a total of $5,610 raised in three weeks! Team Mayor is off to an strong lead atop the team standings with Tiger Tails and Eye of the Tiger trailing in second and third place respectively. Wes Widmer is in the lead of our individual standings with Leland Noma trailing in a close second place.
By this time, every volunteer should have filled out their list of prospects found in their training manual and began reaching out to each individual introducing them to the PAF Fund Drive and membership levels. Additionally, all renewal PAF members should have received their renewal packet in the mail and volunteers should be in the process of reaching out to them about their giving level and potentially increasing their membership by 10%.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING VOLUNTEERS who submitted new cash donations this week and will receive an additional 100 Bonus Points for securing a new cash donation of $100+ as part of our Bonus Points for the week:
- Leland Noma- New sport-specific donation to soccer
- Kerwin Garcia- Increase PAF membership
- Ramona Mance- Increase PAF membership
Please be sure to RSVP for our next Report Session on April 30th from 12:00-1:00 PM with Head Coach Ryan Jorden (Men’s Soccer) and Head Coach Pete Richardson (Swimming and Diving) in attendance to speak on their recent successes and what to expect from each of their respective programs in the upcoming season.
Tip of the Day: Utilize your resources and follow up with each of your prospects within a week of sharing information about the PAF membership options. It is important to guide the decision of each of your prospects in helping them understand WHY they should join the PAF rather than to “hope” that they will join the PAF. Help them find their WHY and share how impactful the PAF can be through their support.
