University of the Pacific basketball fan leaves $2.6 million for scholarships A $2.6 million gift from the trust of a devoted Tiger basketball enthusiast will fund three scholarships for University of the Pacific student-athletes for generations to come, university officials announced today. The 17th Annual Orange & Black Ball, presented by Tuleburg, was another huge success for the Pacific Athletic Foundation (PAF). This year’s event attracted 633 attendees and our early estimates total the gross to be $190,000 while netting roughly $100,000 for our Pacific student-athletes! The money raised will support the PAF Impact Fund, sport-specific operations, and the Janssen-Lagorio Performance Center. In
